Hi everyone!

I'm geting this error mensagen when I'm tryin to render.on Spread3. I'm thinking should be something with java. Coudl anyone help me?

In my opinion, this is a different issue, potentially with the input files for SpreaD3.
Feel free to e-mail me the input files you're using, so that I can have a look.

Yes, you are right, its a different issue. I did with my data, then I did with the tutorial files and got the same error. Could you give some tips so I can try to fix it with the tutorial files?

These don't seem to be the correct files, as the MCC tree has 3 discrete locations (i.e. the countries) and the csv file has 64 locations?

Dear Guy,

Could you please check my tree ? While I cannot render after generating the .json file (Fig 1A), using the same .tre file can generate the output files but the index.html cannot be opened either Chrome nor Firefox (Fig 1B). I attach the screenshot errors, as well as the .tre file and the .geojson file in the provided link. Thank you in advance
