Availability of FLC packages on BEAST 2.7

Hi, I was trying to use an analysis using flexible local clock with BEAST 2.7.6,  but couldn't find the FLC package in the package management list. Is the FLC package not yet implemented in BEAST 2.7 environment? If not, would there be any other ways that I could run FLC analysis in BEAST 2.7? Thanks in advance!
