Dear All,

I am using BEAST v2.5.1, Calibrated Yule Model,  in order to identify the direction of the Evolution of HEV-ORF4 in animals and humans.  However, when I try to visualize my tree, using FigTree v1.4.4, I cannot see the option for Posterior probability.

Is there anybody who can explain to me what is wrong?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please see below the screenshot of the tree.

Did you run TreeAnnotator on the trees file first?

Dear Dr. Drummond,

The results that we are seeing without Tree Annotator  (.TREES file) are answering our research question.  You can see clearly three groups (clades), but when we use Tree Annotator we cannot see the same tree groups anymore.  However, we can now see the posterior probabilities and the bars.  Is there a way to edit the tree from Tree Annotator or from FigTree, so we can see the same three groups that are present in the TREES format file?

Kind regards,

Diana
