New issue 686 by tbcbedford: Logistic growth shape vs t50

The logistic growth model parser now only accepts a <t50> parameter.
However, "Demographic Reconstruction" in Tracer only accepts "Logistic
shape" and not t_50. Because of this the demographic reconstruction
displays the wrong plot of Ne vs time. There is an initial steep decrease
(as time goes backwards) and then the decrease becomes linear. This is
impossible in a logistic model.

Although Tracer is using the term 'logistic shape' in the UI, it is
assuming this is t50. So it may be this error is caused by a deeper issue.
I have changed the name of the argument in the UI to 'Logistic t50' so it
is clear what it is.
