New issue 749 by ramb...@gmail.com: Multiple partitions with unlinked
substitution models can turn on ancestral state reconstruction

Load 2 partitions. Unlink substitution models. In States panel the second
partition will have reconstruct states at all nodes on. This may require
renaming of partitions to encounter.

All partitions then use ancestralTreeLikelihood (this may be a separate
bug).
