New issue 745 by ramb...@gmail.com: Removing an HPM from some parameters
doesn't remove the model in the XML
https://code.google.com/p/beast-mcmc/issues/detail?id=745

Clicking the prior button on a parameter that is part of a HPM apparently
removes it from that HPM. But when the XML is generated the HPM is still
there and using that parameter.

Perhaps a better interface would be for the HPM dialog to reappear when the
prior button of any parameter within this model appears. If the HPD dialog
had a way of removing individual parameters from the model and when all
parameters are removed, it disappears.
