BEAST 1.7 release

Hi BEAST developers,

I have been through the issue list and tagged issues that I think need to be dealt with for the upcoming 1.7 release of BEAST. They are tagged with Release1.7 under the 'milestone' column:

Please test the current repository version for your own personal models and report any additional issues.

I will attempt to go through them in the next few days.

Please also put Enhancement issues into the database (also tagged with Milestone-Release1.7) for features you feel should be implemented in this version. One obvious example is Continuous trait evolution.
