Lambada-Book + Lambada + Beanstalker

Hey there,

Today I'm about to release a new version of beanstalker, which includes:

• Support for AWS API Gateway (create/update, using Lambada)
• Support for CloudFormation (create/update, delete, and loading properties off a stack output parameters)
• Support for VPCs (Lambda)

I'm also about to release a new version of Lambada, our platform for writing Lambda Applications.
