Two things:

a. Thanks to some of your contributors, the latest beanstalker releases needs *NO* changes to deal with the new Elastic Beanstalk environment naming structure

b. In case you're wondering, there's a new plugin, but AWS Lambda. However, I also wrote Lambada (http://github.com/ingenieux/lambada/), which integrates with the plugin and eases much of the underlying work. Give it a try
