Important: Deployment APIs changes

Hi guys!

This is a call to those who are using our deployments APIs. We've been
working on a pretty big update to our deployments and it's nearly
ready. I wanted to make sure that we do not break any of the
integrations and apps that have deployment-related features.

We are looking for developers willing to work with us on our "staging"
Beanstalk to make sure their apps are working correctly with our new
code. The important thing to note is that we do not plan to change the
API, we just updated the underlying logic and just want to confirm
that everything is working properly with real code that depends on us.

As a bonus, developers that decide to participate in this will get
access to new deployment APIs ahead of the time :)

Can't really help with testing the staging environment, but I'd love
to have early access to new deployment APIs to give me a chance to
update the Beanstalk-PHP-API library.
Looking forward to big things!

I was just running some tests with Chris's test account. I get HTTP
500 for "/api/releases.xml", but there are no deployments configured.

I'm sorry, staging was not yet ready for testing. I apologize for not responding here sooner, I've been busy preparing the release. API should be fixed today on staging, I will write here when I'm done.
