Go beanstalk client migrated to Github organization

Hi again,

Keith agreed earlier this week to also transfer his Go(lang) client to the organization. I also took the initiative to rename it to "go-beanstalk" to clarify what the repo is a bit better. I have updated the Client listing with the new name and location.

The hope is that that repo also will become more active. My initial thing there will likely to enable CI to make sure pull requests are tested properly on submission.
