Mass assignment of accounts

Hello,

changing payees' names is pretty easy by using search & replace in your text editor.

How can I change one of the accounts for all transactions matching some criteria, e.g., payee? Does beancount or Fava have some built-in support for that or do I need to resort to the text editor?

You either adapt your importer to set the correct account based on the
payee, or you write a plugin to rewrite your transactions. It sounds
like you want the former.
