Rounding up to nearest dollar USD in Fava- Can't figure out how to show two decimal spaces on particular file USD

to Beancount

I have several Beancount files and one of them is rounding to a dollar instead of two decimal places but I can't seem to find the display option that is causing that. Only that one file does it.
