Hi Beancount people,

I've released a command-line tool that can fetch daily historical prices from multiple sources and output them in several formats, including as Beancount price directives.

It makes some different design choices than bean-price.

It supports some sources not currently available in bean-price (CoinDesk, European Central Bank) and some for which bean-price doesn't currently provide historical data (Alpha Vantage, CoinMarketCap). The user can request a specific price type such as high, low, open, close or adjusted close.

It can also be used through bean-price, as described here:

I hope it's useful for Beancount users or interesting for bean-price developers to take a look at. I'd be happy to hear any feedback.

Cheers,
Chris

This is great!
Thanks for sharing.
I've added a link to the contributions doc.
