drnuke-bean: v3 upgrade arrived

Hi beancount community
I finally found the time to upgrade the drnuke-bean github package for beancount to v3, and revamped most of its content.

Major updates

• v3 compatibility
• new (optional) pipeline orchestration concept, supporting caching and dry-runs
• New importer for Zürcher Kantonalbank ZKB (Swiss): EBICS-/ camt53-based automation, removing manual .csv download entirely
• New SBB Halbtax (Swiss) importer, specifically to import HalbtaxPlus purchases that do not show up on the bank account statement

Importers

• IBKR importer overhauled
  • now matches lots through transactionID supplied by IBKR
• Postfinance (Swiss) slightly updated
• Finpension (Swiss) overhauled

Plugins

• new amortize plugin for spreading/ amortizing single payments over longer periods of time. replaces both v2 plugins 'spreading' and 'recurring'
• tax_forecast update stays a TODO. so far specific to the canton of Zürich

Others

• general testing coverage
• added a bunch of convenience-scaffolding
