beancount gmail importer

Hi all,

After what has been several years of development and about three different incarnations, I am finally happy to release my importer into the wild.

The importer beancount-import-gmail uses the gmail API and OAuth to log into your mailbox and download order details which are then used to augment your transactions for easier classification.
