Comments on Beancount index doc

Hi -

Just started reading Beancount's documentation, and I'm excited to start playing with it!

I had a couple comments on the main doc page:

• I see comments are now disabled by default; however, the final two paragraphs suggest that comments on the docs are the best way to provide feedback. Maybe tweak that to point to the mailing list instead, or whatever the recommended way to provide doc feedback is?

• The beancount.ingest link is broken - it points to https://bitbucket.org/blais/beancount/src/tip/src/python/beancount/ingest/ , but it looks like https://bitbucket.org/blais/beancount/src/default/beancount/ingest/ is the right link.

Thanks for the exhaustive documentation- look forward to digging into it more.

I only recently disabled commenting by default, because I was getting too much finger-fart (accidental edits) which I had to manually reject everyday. I don't have a good interim solution yet, but it's nice to get those minutes of my life back.

Will fix. In fact, there are a lot of these since the codebase was adjusted, I should write a script to correct them all.
