New ESPPresso plugin

Hello everyone,

I wrote a beancount plugin, ESPPresso, to compute ordinary income after an ESPP sale. This could interest people working for US companies and paying US taxes.

My brokerage firm could not provide a supplemental statement with the correct cost basis for ESPP lots, and this plugin confirmed my calculations.
