Importer regression tests as pytest

I wanted to run my importer regression tests as part of my overall pytest run.

I found this for v2:

but I couldn't find an analogue for v3.  Is it not in v3 yet?  If so, would it be a good idea to move/port over?  If so should it be a matter of package name updates (e.g. move to beangulp) or are there more significant API differences?

It took a few more changes than package names, and I had to guess at some of them, but this is working for me:
