Importer for Degiro trading account

Dear Beancount Users & Developers,

I have recently published an importer for the trading accounts of the Dutch broker Degiro.

Currently, only csv account exports in German language are supported. However, more languages could be added on a modular basis. Unfortunately I have no access to exports in other languages, so I can't adapt them.
