Maybank and Rajhi Importers

Hi,

Sharing importers for parsing PDF statements from two banks I use that don't have any other good options for exporting transaction data.

Thanks for sharing, added to contributions doc.

(I'm wondering a bit if anyone's used a locally running LLM to convert PDFs to actual data yet. Cool idea to try.)
