An attempt to enhance the forecast plugin to allow for YEARLY, MONTHLY, WEEKLY, and DAILY options. Also added the INTERVAL option to allow for setting up things like biweekly entries.
Seems to work for me but could use more testing.
Added: WEEKLY and DAILY options and INTERVAL option.
