remove or unpublish

Hello,

I am new to Beaker and Dat and have been looking at ways to remove, purge or in-publishing but couldn't find much.

One of the repos has a closed issues regarding "purge".

Perhaps I missed this in the documentation.

There is no way to command other machines to delete your data once they have a copy of it or even a way to tell them to stop sharing it. 

You can push a new update that has all the files deleted and they will get the update, but the history of the past versions with the files will still be there. 

You can also stop publishing a dataset and if it's not popular, it will eventually die off when everyone looses interest and stops seeding it.
