Speed break before G2 and G3

Hi everyone,

Some months ago we observed that the motions of our machine was not as smooth as we desired when doing G2 and G3 movements. Recently we simulate the motion with gcode2ps and we observed a speed discontinuing  just before G2 and G3 turn.

To be sure it was not due to a mistake in the configuration, we simply pull the last version of beagleg on git, and make the "rounded-bracket-simple.gcode" using test-create-html.sh

We observe the following motion with kind of stops just before turning (see round-bracket-simple.ps attached)

Have you already observed such behaviors ?

Hi there,
Yes, this is a known issue, and thanks for reminding us, that this really needs to be fixed.
Our current planning buffer is right now not doing a great job in joining these segments together. Leonardo and I are recently actually looking into improvements for this and just yesterday we were working on a simulation to provide better adaption of speed in general (we're also working on other new exciting things). It will probably a few more weeks until we change the BeagleG internals with our ideas, so stay tuned.

Thank for your answer, happy to know that there is current work on it! If there is anyway to help (with our means)..?
A question stays : In Development.md in file sample-gcode2ps.png we cannot see speed break as we talk before. What is the difference with what we have done ?
