'make install' and 'make dist-clean'

Hi,
Hartley suggested a patch a couple of weeks back that adds a 'make
install', which I've now included as well.
There was also a problem with 'make clean' not deleting everything
that was created in the PRU assembler sub-module, so I've added a
'make dist-clean' there. It required to modify the am335x_pru_package
as well (it didn't have a 'make clean' target), so you might need to
update the sub-module as well.
Hartley, would this work for your packaging efforts ?
