Font licensing issue on beagle.chat [Ticket #24293350]

I’m from Font Radar. LucasFonts, the owner of the typeface Calibri & Consolas that you’re using on beagle.chat mandated us to verify the validity of your font license.

Our licensing team, unfortunately, cannot locate the appropriate license for your company in our records. This is simply a courtesy check to ensure the above typefaces have been fully licensed for your use, and if not, assist you with acquiring the necessary licenses.

Our team is also investigating other instances where these fonts may be in use, such as in apps, logos, social media, and more.
Please note that certain uses (such as on social media, merchandise, trademarked logos, digital ads, streaming, software, and other commercial applications) require a special license.
If you've already purchased a license via LucasFonts we kindly ask that you send us a purchase receipt (a screenshot is fine). We will then update our records accordingly.

I’m following up as I haven’t received a response to my previous email regarding the use of the typeface Calibri & Consolas on your website and the absence of a record for the required license in our system.

Could you please provide us with an update to help resolve this matter?

Unfortunately, we still have not received an answer to our previous emails regarding the possible font licensing issue on beagle.chat.

Unless we are mistaken, beagle.chat appears to use unlicensed versions of Calibri & Consolas . If you believe that you do own the appropriate license, please reply to this email providing details and we'll update our records immediately.

Lack of communication may result in a 15% penalty fee. If you did not obtain the necessary licenses, please let me know and I will assist you accordingly.

If you think this is a mistake, please get back to us as soon as possible. We're happy to help resolve any misunderstandings and, if needed, assist you with licensing the above typeface.
