missing power jack info for beaglebone blue

I want to connect bbblue usingthe power jack

I can't find the info below in the spec pdf:
1. how many amperes the 9v DC charger should have?
2. Is the inner pin is the positive or negative voltage?
3. What kind of standart jack type should I use?
