Uploading image to uSD-card

I'm uploading Debian 8.7 for BBB in uSD-card. The SD-card gets corrupted after uploading the image. I've tried both softwares for uploading the image; Win32 Disk Imager and Etcher. Kindly help me to fix this issue.
