interfacing of buzzer with beaglebone black

Hii,
can anyone explain me how I can connect buzzer with beaglebone black and I am connected it through pin no 23 of header P9.

Are you using a passive or active buzzer ?

You just need to call gpio - setting 1 and 0 to control the gpio.
Just ensure the gpio is exported first.

use a buffer / driver  IC to drive buzzer.
