Beagle bone black flashing debian image on eMMC

Hi,

I am new to beagle bone black board... i want to flash the down loaded Debian image to on board eMMC..

I followed the steps mentioned in the getting started guide:

first downloading the Debian Image from link provided in the guide:

i found this version i need to down load..

after that to flash on to eMMc i need to edit sudo nano  /boot/uEnv.txt

but i am not getting via microsd card how i can flash the downloaded image in to eMMC....

please clear me the step....
