GPIO OUTPUT pin problems

hi,

i have enabled GPIO  output  (P8-3) pin. i have enabled value is 1. than i am checking multi-meter its showing voltage is 3.3v. than after i changed the out value is 0. than i checked again using multi-meter but its showing 3.3v voltage . its not showing 0 voltage. can you please solve me this problem argent.
