I'd like to boot my BBB into single user mode. It's a REV C BBB, with Debian Jessie (latest RCN image) on a microSD. I tried adding "mmc_args=single" to uEnv.txt but that didn't seem to work.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Josh

With the 2014-07-06 from:
http://elinux.org/BeagleBoardDebian#Debian_Testing_.28jessie.29

edit /boot/uEnv.txt (in ext4 partition)

cmdline=single
