Issues in 4.4 and 4.6 Custom Image

Hi,

I am building the custom Image using 4.4 and 4.6 and I see the following 2 issue in both the versions. I have already built kernel version 4.1.20-bone20 Image from Robert Nelson successfully and it is running without any issues.

Could you let me know how to resolve the following 2 issues in 4.4 and 4.6.

Issue 1 - sudo reboot fails to reboot

I see the following log while issuing the reboot command. The watchdog fails to stop and the last line says Rebooting but it never reboots

Issue 2 - Waiting for connecting to network for more than 2 minutes with a message -- [     *] A start job is running for LSB: Raise network interf... 3s / no limit)
