HDMI disabled on BBone green

I can not pilot some IO pins on my BBone Green.
For example, pins 3,4,5,6 of p8 connector.
I found that these pins are connected to the HDMI output and for that I modified the /boot/uEnv.txt file.

I add the line:
optargs=quiet capemgr.disable_partno=BB-BONELT-HDMI,BB-BONELT-HDMIN
but this not work, I have the same problem.
How can I fix the problem?
