debian testing: 2016-11-22 (nodejs v4.x)

So there's a little something new and special in this week's snapshot:

First, nodejs v0.12.x is almost EOL: https://github.com/nodejs/LTS

Yeah... We really need to move to v4. So last week I convert our
default nodejs packages to, v0.12.x/v4.x/v6.x archives, so they'll
install the proper set of binaries on the version of nodejs:

cloud9
bonescript
bone101
node-red
google-iot
wificonfig

For users who do not want the v4 nodejs, the 2016-11-06 image here:
http://beagleboard.org/latest-images is still v0.12.x

Second for X15 users, a little gift from Julien, he got the
gc320/etnaviv open source 2D working on the X15. ;)

One, oddity, that doesn't make sense on this.. 2D acceleration isn't
working when booting off the eMMC... (even if you place the microSD
into the slot early on bootup)..

So, microSD only rootfs, (BeagleBoard X15 - B1 board)
