Hi,

I want to flash the SD card for booting the beaglebone black. I am using bone-debian-9.5-lxqt-armhf-2018-10-07-4gb.img image and balenaEtcher-1.5.52-x64.AppImage  for flashing the SD card. But i am getting the rootfs partition only, there is no boot partition(MLO and uboot). So how can i get boot partition??  What is the process of flashing the SD card using image mentioned above.

Regrads,
Digvijay

following:
Unless you have a corrupt image, once you've used Etcher to write that
image to the SD card, you are done.

Just stuff the SD card into the BBB and apply power -- if it fails to
boot it may mean you have a very old BBB and its uboot is incompatible with
the use of uboot device tree overlays. Holding the boot button while
applying power may let it revert to the SD card for booting (and I'd
recommend reflashing the eMMC to update its uboot system).
