How to get started with BeagleBoard-XM ?

I purchased new BeagleBoard-XM. There is 5V power jack on the board but there is no power cable. Do I need to purchase power cable separately?

What do I need to do to begin development? There is 4GB Micro SD Card. Does it contain some Linux Distribution? Does it also contain bootloader?

There is no power cable in the box. Is BeagleBoard-XM suppose to come with power supply?

Power adapter isn't included.
