why alway pid = 1 of /sbin/init fixrtc in my default system.
some time that cpu usage 80%...

No Sorry, obviously you don't know "init"... "fixrtc" is a kernel
parameter that's passed to the e2fs-tools/initrd and used for a ms or
so...

You can remove /sbin/init, you won't have much a of usable system,
unless you don't mind 'single user' mode...
