Does any one know i and where the enclosure used for something like
Always Innovating touch book is available? I would buy that touch book
but, what's the fun in that... Also, i have some other pet projects
in mind but, can't seem to find decent enclosures to carry the stuff
around. I don't have proper tools to cut acrylic etc so, I can't make
them myself.

Your time and thoughts are appreciated.

That enclosure is a custom design. I doubt you will find enclosures like that out there looking for a board to put in it. You can buy enclosures form Special Computing

I know about special computing. But, I'm looking for enclosures that can house an LCD as well... and I don't like the one special computing has, it too "boxy" for my taste....

Also, Always Innovating's board also seems custom (http://gigglehd.com/zbxe/hdforum/files/attach/images/899852/493/987/001/always_innovating_touch_book_0011.jpg)  do you know if that a different board  altogether or a version of beagle board?

Special Computing has one that houses an LCD. In fact, they have three of them. The AI board is a custom board based on the Beagle. They toook the Beagle layout and made it larger adding more components to it.

Krishna,

I'm happy to cut the acrylic material for you when you design your own acrylic case.  I can even provide you with a Sketchup model of the BeagleBoard to help you get started.  We might also sell for you on the Specialcomp store.

Design one yourself with Lego, that's what I did :)
