Angstrom linux change Keyboard layout

Hello,

i want to know how to change the keyboard layout in angstroem(console)
to german?

Since my first install I have had all the indications that my keyboard
should be UK, but it is definitely the US. I asked on here going back
quite a ways, but no one responded.
I presume yours is the same - I think any answer you get would also help
to resolve that issue for me.

Hi2all

I have same troubles to setup new keyboard layout but with russian
language.
I had done it only in console with this commands:

setxkbmap -model pc104 -rules base -layout "us,ru" -option
"grp:alt_shift_toggle"

But in this case in X11 still without new keylayout and a lot of
systems keys like arrows, PGUP|PGDN beacame unfunctional or wrong
functional =(

May be it is passable to solve this problem together?

I think if you Cc: angstrom-d...@linuxtogo.org also, that
might have better effect.
In addition, you might ask questions on #angstrom channel on FreeNode.
