zero ohm resistors?

Hello,

I was looking at the beaglebone black schematic and I saw a lot of zero ohm resistors. What is the purpose of these resistors?

Single point of termination for each of those different rails, R5, R7, R8. 
You schematic is incorrect, not sure where you got it. R9 is DNI. That was an option for two possible power scenarios. Leave R9 in there and thee will be an issue.
R6 was originally planned as a sense resistor for current measurement.
