Finding release notes for new images?

I am finding new images for Beaglebone blue here: https://beagleboard.org/latest-images

But I cannot find announcements for new images, or find indications on what a new image contains?

Thanks for any hints!

Base os upgraded: Debian 8.x (jessie) -> Debian 9.x (stretch)..

Should be drop-in upgrade, no major changes..

Thanks both, "no major changes" was the last thing I said before leaving the customer last time for a routine check-up. 2 weeks later the system still was unstable and parts where not working well. 

Any real world experiences with this major revision with no major changes?

i know connman is fubar'ed in 2017-08-27, (the SoftAP0 interface is
showing up in the connmanctl scan wifi)
