Great Work!
A real highlight on the beagleboard!

Can you post a tutorial how to install it on the beagleboard?
I have already checked out the new xbmc-arm directory
and what i should do next?

Regards

Michael

Hi,

I saw a couple of videos -nice.
But can I grab the source or an image of XBMC for ARM/beagle from
somewhere?

Regards,

Robert

the source code is located here:

https://xbmc.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/xbmc/branches/xbmc_on_arm

I built it in scratchbox, a crosscompilation environment, but am
currently working on a way to just cross compile in normal linux
environment.
The instructions are roughly explained in README.armel in that
directory... although I have not updated it in a while, so there may
be things completely different.
Remember that this is no where near a finished product, so I will not
be spending much time on good instructions yet.

Things to note:
Resolution plays a big role on how fast this thing runs... Higher the
resolution, the slower it gets
You will need to obtain the PowerVR SGX Drivers yourself (theres
instructions on web for this). I have tested this on the .06, .08 and .
09 drivers, all seem to work fine.
Currently only works in 16bpp mode. (limitation of SGX drivers i
believe)

Remember to post on the xbmc forum or irc channels!

Thanks for your continued support
