nand flash backup by uboot

Hi to all,
I'm using a devkit8000 board, uboot version 1.3.3: is it possible
backup a portion of nand memory in some way?
I mean, I able to read nand to ram with the "nand read" command, but
now? Is it possible store what I read to a file on sd card, or send it
on serial port, on a ftp sever, or ...... ?

Hello Fabiano,

you should have the images on CD, delivered with the devkit8000 board. I
don't know a command to write on fat. You should ask your question on
u-boot mailing list.
