can't connect through 192.168.7.2.

can't connect through 192.168.7.2.
reset doesn't help
Led's:
USR0 blinks fast(faster then the usual heartbeat)
USR2 blinks 2x the speed of  USR0

BBB 1 week old and has worked properly all the time with putty
and BB.org homepage "Getting started" and VNCserver
only connection is USB, no SD and original Debian-Linux OS and nothing changed

"Smart people" also probably know the difference between then and than, and know when it is appropriate to use one rather than the other.

So, with this problem, there are so many possible different causes for this specific failure there is no way anyone can answer this question without more information.

It's a bit like me saying "Hey someone help me, my car does not work . . .r"

Doesn't work how ? What have you( I ) done so far to troubleshoot the issue ?  We're not mind readers . . .
