aplay plays .pcm?

Hi,
I would like to know whether .pcm file will be be played using
aplay command on Beagle Board.
Else can anybody tell me which player is suitable to play .pcm file on
beagle board.

Yes, you can use aplay for playing pcm file.

aplay -t raw -c 2 -r 44100 -f S16_LE <your pcm file >

I tried this command.It is not showing any error or
anything.But i cant hear the audio..:(

Hi Jesslyn,
It is running without showu=ing any error.But am not able to hear
any audio playing otherthan one monotonous sound.
