Beaglebone black wireless with kernel 4.1.38-bone24 ...

Hi,
I have kernel 4.1.38-bone24 (with debian wheezy) and beaglebone black
wireless,
I installed firmware about wl18xx,
I boot from sdcard without problem like a standard beaglebone black,
I load the module wl18xx (and modified /etc/network/interface),
But, impossible to see the wlan0 ...
Someone have experience about this ?
