3D printer_Firmware

Hi every body
I am currently trying to build my 3D printer. For my 3D printer the controller Beagle Bone Black with bebopr Cap was used.
Since my 3D printer should work with 2 extruders, I came across a problem and indeed: there are according to my research no suitable firmware, which is suitable for two extruders.
I am currently using a firmware (https://github.com/modmaker/BeBoPr) that only works for one extruder and my programming experience is not sufficient to handle the C code of this firmware.

if someone gave me a suggestion for a firmware I would be very happy.

I forgot to mention that the extension to 5 axes I have with the help of J5Bob (https://github.com/modmaker/J5-BOB)
