edumip ros project : error: vpn

hi~ i am beginner. i have beaglebone blue.

i wanna edumip ros project.

andthen connect https://dscl.lcsr.jhu.edu/edumip-ros/

and install BBBW-debian8_6-ROSKineticFull_2017-02-16_32gb.img( https://jh.box.com/v/530-707-Dropbox )

but notwork vpn like this

Error: The name net.connman.vpn was not provided by any .service files

edumip is work at

• Debian 9.1 2017-08-31 4GB SD IoT

• Debian 8.7 2017-03-19 4GB SD IoT

but that is not edumip ros.

help me please~
