Disabling the cape EEPROM address range

Is there a way to free the address range of the cape EEPROM (0x54-0x57) that will allow me to use that address range to connect an I2C devices through the headers on that address range? I have two I2C devices that use the same fixed address and would like to connect them to I2C1 and I2C2 headers. I won't be using any capes in the project.
